Sara Sútra is the artistic name of the teacher Sara Garcia, when she's on stage chanting these liminal songs from the depths of her 24 years experience in mantra.

Her career in music started when she was a child, in the major reference Juvenil Group in Portugal, Onda Choc, with 20 platinum albums. She kept singing in Cinema OSTs, TV series OSTs and backing vocals for portuguese bands, never really thinking of it as a career. So many years later, she found her true love for music in Mantra - the perfect vehicle for connection. The Álbum FLOW - mantra, meditation, breathwork and relaxation exercises, is produced by the 3 time Academy award-winner artist Armando Teixeira. These Liminal Songs are a musical journey to the ancient world of Dravidian Culture, a civilization born in India, circa 3000bC. Sara guides us through a synergy experience, unlocking an emotional state through chanting and revealing ancient teachings about the human behaviour, as the mantras use hindu mythology symbols to expose our passions, fears, joys and make us attune with the Infinite. Mantra is a vocal combination of sounds (and its inherent ultra-sounds) that arouse specific conditions in our body, mind and emotions through a total symbiosis with the vibrating patterns of nature. In her concerts, Sara sings (and invites you to sing) to embrace life exactly as it happens at every minute, with its "errors" and "flaws" that sure are part of the script, freely exploring your existence without any pre-conceptions of what it should be and recognizing yourself as life itself.

"The practice of yoga induces a primary sense of measure and proportion. Reduced to our own body, our first instrument, we learn to play it, drawing from it maximum resonance and harmony."
